New Customer Support Centre

Over the last few months we have been working on the development of a comprehensive  on-line Customer Support Centre to which customers can refer for help with cleaning tasks, product selection and for generally getting the best from working with Cherwell.

The Support Centre complements our existing training portal and is presently organised into three main areas:

• Cleaning and hygiene  advice– a comprehensive section setting out cleaning tips, application task cards and problem solving articles in respect of common cleaning and hygiene issues (for example, how to choose the correct floor pad).
  
  
• FAQs – frequently (or commonly) asked questions (such as opening times, how to place an order, and so on).
  
  
• My Cherwell – detailed help on how to use our order portal in all aspects.
